Just loved the massive balcony with a fine view, watched the sunset every evening! The brekkie spread was better than I thought, lekker pastries and fruit. The pool area was a jol, felt super chill and clean-gotta mention the friendly staff, always ready to help!

Only downside was the Wi-Fi, bit slow in the room, but it wasn't a major issue.

Our room was spacious and very clean as was the bathoom (with full tub and shower and plenty of hot water). The included breakfast was one of the best we experienced among the six different hotels we stayed in during our two week stay in Italy.

While free internet (WIFI) access was available in the hotel lobby, I prefer to have it available in my room, even if it is wired.

Its breakfast was free and fantastic, we liked the location too.

We stayed here before and can't wait to go back. One of the advantages - recently renovated rooms; they included a bathtub and shower facilities. Very helpful staff and the location was good and stunning.

The room was pretty big and super clean. We had a nice view from the balcony , made mornings so much better. Breakfast was pretty good too with a decent selection. The hotel location was great, just a short walk from the beach and had a chill vibe. Staff were friendly and super helpful, especially at reception.

The wifi was pretty slow, and the hotel could really use some updates in the decor, it felt a bit dated. The noise from the hallway and other guests was sometimes annoying.

The location was great to have a quiet time, and the breakfast was rich.

The furniture and the paint need a littel re-creation.

The poorest breakfast I have ever seen, oldschool room, free wifi = 5 eur, I would never come back again.

I appreciated the spacious and clean common areas. The staff were attentive and always ready to help.

Improvement needed for wheelchair accessibility in some areas.

Location was good for day trips to Pisa,lucca,Parma and cinque terre. Breakfast good. Hotel and pool beautiful. Free wireless but only in public areas. Room spacious for myself and my 14 and 16 year old son and daughter. Service excellent,staff made us feel at home. Even had a piano player in lobby. Short walk to beach. We loved it and stayed an extra night for 4 total. We hope to return there. Good value.

Dinner pricey,not so great in restaurant.

The service fom the staff in the eception was very good. They helpt me and my wife with everything we asked fore.

The warm pool was a highlight of our stay, especially as our son loved spending hours splashing around in it. The staff's friendliness added a personal touch, with Michael, the barman, being particularly helpful and engaging. The hotel could use some updates, as it feels a bit dated, and we noticed limited breakfast options which detracted from our mornings. The walk to the beach was enjoyable, but having to navigate some noise from nearby entertainment wasn't ideal.

Staff was very helpful and friendly. The room was pleasant, comfortable and larger than I was expecting. Close enough to most everything in Tirrenia, but away from the bustle of the main street. The pool looked beautiful...maybe next time.

Little things, like electrical sockets that were loose/broken. TV was broken, but I did not need it.

The whole experience of staying for 10 days at Grand Hotel Golf was good. Our room in the apartment block was spotlessly clean and spacious and the bed comfortable. The staff were friendly and helpful. The decor and furnishing were clearly of another era but this lent charm and comfort to the hotel because it had not been given a "makeover". This probably explains why the rates are very competitive.

The layout of the room was poorly designed: bed area and bathroom both small with a large dining kitchen area between, more than 2/3 people needed, but much too late now. Staffing level seemed low and therefore the staff seemed to be working very hard although this did not affect us.

Can't recommend highly enough for a quick stopover

Pleasant facilities, convenient amenities, the seasonal outdoor pool was great.

There was nothing I didn't like.
